Project Scope: Demolition & Preparation Demolish existing bathroom finishes down to studs and subfloor. Remove all existing plumbing fixtures, vanity, and associated materials. Subfloor & Heating Waterproof subfloor to prepare for tile installation. Install in-floor heating system. Window & Wall Modifications Install a new, smaller window (including framing modifications as required). Build and waterproof a shower niche for storage. Plumbing & Fixtures Install rough-in plumbing and set new fixtures: Bathtub New toilet Showerhead and controls Re-set existing vanity (or install new, if applicable). Tile Work Install tile flooring throughout bathroom. Tile the bathtub surround to ceiling height (or as specified). Drywall & Painting Patch or replace drywall as needed after plumbing and electrical work. Paint all walls and ceilings with mold- and moisture-resistant paint.
